PTFE Demister - a Versatile Solution for Mist Elimination

PTFE demister, short for Polytetrafluoroethylene demister, is a kind of vapor liquid separating device. It is designed available for installation in either horizontal or vertical gas flow. Being resistant to all sorts of acids (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, etc), organic solvents and strong oxidants, PTFE demister can be used with any kind of chemical medium for a long-term. It can work efficiently in temperatures between -150°C to 250°C and has low pressure drop, large flux and high efficient defogging characteristics. Due to these advantages, PTFE demister is a versatile solution for most mist elimination applications.

PTFE demister is widely used in the chemical, petroleum, medical, light, metallurgy and environmental protection industries. It is mainly applied to separate liquid droplet sizes of 2 to 3 µm in the separation tower.
